What is RUOK?


RUOK is a weekend retreat designed for Middle School students, filled with what they love. RUOK is 40 hours of high voltage, pedal to the metal, non- stop fun from Friday evening until Sunday afternoon But RUOK is more than fun, it's also time to connect with God, friends, and leaders.

PACKING LIST

  • Clothes and shoes that can get dirty
  • Sleeping bag & pillow Towel
  • Toothbrush/paste, soap, shampoo, & deodorant
  • Bible
  • Spending money for t -shirt and snack bar
  • Flashlight
  • Leave ALL electronics at home, including phones - No Exceptions

ALLERGIES + MEDICATIONS

Please place all medications in a Ziplock bag labeled with your name on the bag. Medications MUST BE in the original bottles. All medications are collected at Check-In on Friday. Please let us know of any food allergies on your registration.
