Jake has been the pastor of RiverTree Massillon since the fall of 2022. Jake pioneers our church vision that we are made for more through engaging sermons, discipleship, and the relationships he's built within our church family.

Before moving to Massillon, Jake spent most of his life in Middletown, just outside Cincinnati. He has been married to his wife, Hannah, for 13 years, and they are enjoying life keeping up with their two young boys, Oliver and Isaac.

Ashley has been with RiverTree Massillon since 2018. You may recognize her as our Sunday morning worship leader but as our Director of Operations, Ashley also leads our team in organization and helps manage the logistics of everything happening within our church.

Ashley has been married to her husband, Nick, since 2019, and they have a beautiful 4yr old son, Easton.

Adrian has been a part of the RiverTree Movement since 2021 but shifted positions to directly work with RiverTree Massillon in 2023. Adrian takes the lead with our connect points and all of our communication platforms to help people feel welcomed and find their place, from initial contact to full engagement within our church family.

Adrian is originally from North Carolina but now calls Massillon home, along with her dog, Figgy, and cat, Moses.

Shawn is the newest member of our team, and with 20 years of ministry experience we're excited to welcome him as our Discipleship Pastor. Shawn's role will help our staff and leaders discern and develop clear pathways towards discipleship, and help our church family take next steps in their faith.

Shawn lives in Lake Township with his wife, Jen, and their three teenage children, Jude, Cohen and Tatum. 

Rachael leads as our interim RiverTree Kids director for newborns - 5th grade within our church family. This role promotes a safe and fun environment where kids can discover their place in God's story. She also partners with parents and volunteers to encourage discipleship within our church and at home.

Rachael lives in Tuslaw with her husband, their daughter, Ellie, and a whole flock of chickens. 

Nadia is our newest staff member, joining the team summer of 2026. During the school year she will lead our middle and high school students through weekly programming, discipleship, and events. She's excited to work with our staff student volunteer team to help the next generation live into the MORE God has for them!

Nadia's been married to her husband Tony since 2021 and they have two young kids, Jaxson and Sawyer. 

Sharalee joined our team in early 2026 to assist and support the weekly ministries, projects and events through administrative tasks. You'll also see Sharalee and her husband Tim serving regularly in the Elementary Class on Sunday mornings.

They have a toddler son, Soji, and two daughters in middle school, Clara and Amelia. 

Scott works full time for Shearer's, but has also been the longest serving member of our staff, joining in 2017. Scott leads our production team and oversees all of our tech and worship equipment during Sunday mornings and special events.

You know Hannah as Pastor Jake's wife, but she also leads our cleaning team and works to keep our church clean throughout the week. You'll often see her with their two young sons, Oliver and Isaac, or serving in the nursery on Sunday mornings.
